CHUNG LING WORLD CARNIVAL IN BANGKOK

Dear Boo Hock and Fuan Wah,
I understand that for the carnival, the CLOBA in Bangkok, Thailand will the orgniser for this year. Is there any plan from CLOBA 65/67 to organise a group to attend. I kind of like Bangkok and with Chow Pit Hui and Lim Kim Wah there I belive we may turn it into pre-gathering of our own gathering during December 8, 2012 in Penang.
Can we try, like taking advantage of the Air Asia Holiday package.
